(Hudson, Ohio, USA / October 31, 2006) - To help expand business as it moves into
its second decade of service excellence, Radcom has promoted a consultant and hired
new temporary professional staff. Radcom, a training development and technical
writing firm, promoted Rob Catalano of Cleveland, Ohio to the position of
Professional Services Manager.

Promoted to the new position in August after only one year as an Instructional
Design Consultant, Catalano's new role involves maintaining excellent client
relations, managing multiple projects, engaging new clients and projects, and
overseeing the company's marketing efforts. He has already worked with nine clients
on various training and documentation projects and managed a corporate image
redesign. Clients included major retailers, manufacturers, health services,
insurance, and IT companies. Catalano is currently working on a project to help a
major local university better serve community development professionals in Greater
Cleveland.

Prior to joining Radcom, Catalano was an Education Assistant for the Cleveland
Metroparks Zoo, served as the Deputy Director for the Steamship William G. Mather
Museum, worked at the Great Lakes Science Center as an Actor for the successful
Titanic exhibition, was the Director of Success Through Caring Staff Development
Center in collaboration with Greater Cleveland MR/DD agencies, and was the Manager
of Training for Taco Time International in Eugene, Oregon.

"I'm excited to be in this position to help Radcom expand our service offerings and
help our clients succeed in even more ways," said Catalano.

Also, in the spirit of Radcom philanthropy, Catalano was Team Captain for Radcom's
Mighty Mikey's Marchers in the "Light the NightŪ" walk to support the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society. For more information, visit:

Catalano also encourages high school students throughout Northeast Ohio by being a
speaker for Making It Count which is part of Monster Campus. Catalano speaks to
high school students on how to excel in school and prepare for college and a
successful career. He also presents a program to assist parents of high school
students on how to fund their child's college education. "I really have to thank
Radcom for allowing me the flexibility to be part of Making It Count so that I can
give back to the community. I guess that's the Radcom way," said Catalano.

The Radcom way also entails hiring professional talent to fill its ever increasing
client portfolio. Recently three area professionals have joined the Radcom team on
a temporary basis to assist with large projects. New staff includes Rebecca Martin
who is an experienced technical writer and instructional designer currently living
in Hudson, Ohio. Dave Ryan joins Radcom with years of training development and
facilitation experience and lives in Shaker Heights. Karen Jensen, owner of
Interactive Learning Consultants, Ltd. located in Stow, Ohio, has 20 years in the
Organization Development industry specializing in instructional design, technical
writing, classroom facilitation and custom e-learning content development.

"These three great new staff cover our major service offerings," said Jill
McCauslin, Vice President of Human Resources. "Training development, technical
writing, online training, and classroom facilitation are the core of what we do.
Radcom is always ready to help our clients make their content count by hiring and
developing professionals who care about delivering the best results," she added. To
